The love of God and the peace of Christ are eternal, keeping this in mind, the book of Luke 12: 13 gives us a parable about the young man in the crowd who said, “Teacher, tell my brother to share the inheritance with me.” Yes, others might benefit from the work we accomplish, but we are not the first generation. Our forefathers planted; we harvested, we plant; our children will harvest, so having received from others, we are called to willingly share with others.
Testimony:
A friend of my husband inherited homes in every state in the US, including a huge furniture store. (from his wealthy parents). Summer homes, winter homes, spring homes, and so forth. He has treasures for himself on this planet earth, but does he care about the Kingdom of God? The things of the Lord? For we died with Christ, we must rise with Him, we must be transformed and look beyond.
We must give to others, those in real need, the poor, the widows, and orphans, for whatever wealth you have received, it is from the Father.
Please share what you have and build treasures in heaven.
True Sacrifice:
Sacrifice means giving from what you need to those who have a real need and, in that way, you share from your heart, and you will find your heart rewarded.
Testimony:
A wealthy man once died and went to the first stage of hell, because of his sins. Now, hell has several stages depending on how evil one is or was. The dead man’s wife and their local church prayed for the Lord’s mercy upon the dead man, for him to be given a second chance. And as they continued in prayer, an angel pulled him out and suddenly he saw a bright Light, and the Light was transformed to be the Lord Jesus. The Angels gave Jesus the dead man’s book of life, and it was only one page.
Disappointed, the dead man said, I worked hard and had many riches, so why would my book of life only contain one page.
Jesus said, I gave you riches, and what did you do with the wealth? Jesus gave him another chance of life and asked him to help the poor and bless the Church to advance His Kingdom.
